The more I check the forecast and revisit the timing, the more I think we will barely be able to see it reaching totality before the moon setting.

If the weather is good Tuesday morning, the penumbral eclipse should be noticeable sometime after 4 a.m. The partial eclipse starts just before 5 a.m. with the Moon about 22 degrees up. Twilight becomes noticeable somewhere around 5:45 a.m. when the Moon is halfway eclipsed and getting low in the West. Totality starts at around 6:05 a.m. with the Moon only 7 degrees up and twilight getting brighter. If it were clear I think it would be very hard to see totality at all because of the low altitude and brightening twilight. But, the weather forecast is for total cloud coverage with probable snow and freezing rain during the eclipse.
