HAL Public Star Party Saturday 20 June

All - Come join us next Saturday (20 June), beginning at sunset, for our monthly public star party at Alpha Ridge Park.  Our 2026 star parties have each attracted close to 200 enthusiastic visitors.  Our public star parties are held clouds or clear.  Only severe summer thunderstorms stop us.

Moonset 12:41 (first quarter on the 21st)

HALO will be open with Krystal Rolon at the helm, and I'm confident Arjun and friends will have tables and activities set up outside.

Tell your friends and share our website - www.howardastro.org.  I can't think of a better family activity, especially one that's free, on a warm Maryland summer evening.  Touring the Solar System Walk is a good time filler waiting until it's dark enough for observing.
