I realize this is not stargazing equipment, but adjacent enough that I think it is appropriate.  Maybe it will inspire a newly created human to look at the skies.

All of this is free (planet curtains, plush planet and moon wall decorations, planet baby quilt with star hangers for wall, planet bookends, and planet lamp (shade is a little dented)) and in excellent condition.  It can be picked up or I can bring it to a regular HAL meeting if arranged in advance.
