In April, the Delaware Astronomical Society Library Book Club welcomed Dr. Emma Chapman to discuss First Light, her exploration of the emergence of the first stars and galaxies during the cosmic dawn. In June, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Mack to discuss The End of Everything (Astrophysically Speaking), an examination of the possible ultimate fates of the universe. Together, these two books span an extraordinary range of cosmic history, from the first stars and galaxies to the possible endings of the universe itself. Whether you have already read the book or are interested in astronomy, cosmology, and the future of the universe, you are welcome to attend. We hope you will join us for an engaging evening of discussion with Dr. Mack and fellow enthusiasts of astronomy and cosmology
Your guests are welcome.
A Zoom link will be emailed to you in advance of the meeting.
