Hey everyone! It’s time my family got out of Texas and we are starting to plan a move back to Maryland. For those of you working in peds in the area, what has your favorite setting been? Ones to avoid? Right now we’re looking more at the Baltimore area rather than dc.

Ive really valued flexibility in a job right now. Where can I get paid the most, for working the least, without a supervisor being too micromanaging? Is that too much to ask 😂
