GPS Map

Hello HEAL Members,
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas time and good start into the new year. I am Ben Kohz, one of the volunteers working for HEAL.
Wiebke and me are working at the moment on a special GPS map to present the work of the rangers better for you. The idea is to locate everything found by the rangers exactly to let you know, what's going on at your property. We will brows the map on the internet and everyone who has the link will have access to the map all time. The link would be included into the monthly report. When someone wants to save this map offline, we can send it to him as a KML file, which you can open with Google Earth.
If anybody is interested, we could also arrange for him to be informed immediately when something happens on his property.
If you know of some specific areas with problems regarding snares, alien plants or animals, please let us know or send us the coordinates and a description.

Along the stream in the little gorge in front of our house (behind the old Jackpot farm stall) has always been a problem as regards snaring.
