‘Help Line’ for Consular Services
A large number of Consular enquiries are received on the Consulate’s telephone numbers, details of which are already posted on our website. The Consulate has also been operating a ‘Help Line’/Emergency telephone number (832-283-1568) to be called for emergency cases outside the Consulate’s working hours and on holidays.
The above-mentioned ‘Help Line’ (832-283-1568) is now available for emergency cases during the Consulate’s working hours also. In other words, this ‘Help Line’ is now available round-the-clock for consular emergencies only.
In view of the very large number of telephonic enquiries received by the Consulate, communications by email are advised. Email addresses for various Consular services are recapitulated below:
