Description: This workshop is offered through the Texas Coastal Prairie Initiative, a collaborative effort with regional partners led by the Coastal Prairie Conservancy to advance land stewardship, habitat restoration, and resilient working lands across the Texas coastal prairie. Designed for landowners, land managers, and conservation practitioners, this hands-on workshop blends indoor presentations with outdoor demonstrations and field-based learning. Topics will include: Introduction to prescribed fire, Grassland restoration tour, Cattle forage needs, and Reading your land.
