The Recording Academy Texas Chapter wants to bring together the local
music community for an informal evening of networking and camaraderie.
On Tuesday, February 21st, you are invited to come socialize with fellow
professionals within the music industry at the swanky Chaise Lounge in
Houston. The event goes from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM; Chaise Lounge is located
at 4219 Washington Ave in Houston (713-861-2300,

And don't forget our big gathering at the Volcano (2349 Bissonnet) on
March 7th. Picture a couple hundred serious-minded musicians & industry
folks crammed into the Volcano, meeting and making connections ... you
get the idea. The gathering starts at 7pm and goes until 11pm, and will
have free food and cheap drinks (happy hour prices).
