Past-Due Road Fund Payments

Road Paving Fees reminders were sent in July.

These homeowners haven't paid their 2018 fee.

Our next option is a lien on the home which will include the remaining balance along with fees, fines and interest.

These addresses will be published in an upcoming newsletter that will be distributed to each homeowner.

If you're on this list and you'd like pay your fee, please either locate the numerous letters and postcards we've sent you or reach out to Steven (502) 509-1313 (he has young children so please call before 8pm).

Putting a lien on a neighbor's home IS NOT a great option.  However, we can only ask so many times before we have to act.
