The Court finds that Applicant ERIC CADOW is the person entitled by law to
possession of the child
IN THE DISTRICT COURT 309TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS
On June 15, 1996, a hearing was held Court on the application of ERIC CADOW
for a writ of habeas corpus to compel return of the child to Applicant.
Applicant appeared in person and by attorney. Respondent appeared in person
and by attorney.
The Court finds that Applicant is the person entitled by law to possession
of the child
GABRIELA JEAN CADOW and that Respondent has illegally confined and
restrained the child.
GABRIELA WONG CADOW is ORDERED to deliver the child GABRIELA JEAN CADOW
to the possession of ERIC CADOW,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED that the Clerk of this Court forthwith
issue a writ of attachment commanding any sheriff or constable within the
state of Texas to take
