Our client, a company dedicated to managing risk and insurance in the
healthcare industry, is looking for an Insurance Producer to join
their team in the Texas region (Houston, Dallas or San Antonio). As
the Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for utilizing your
outside sales skills to help build a solid pipeline of insurance
clients within the Property & Casualty realm. Your proven success with
Property & Casualty insurance sales as well as your knowledge of the
healthcare industry will make your contribution to the continued
success and growth of the company significant.
Responsibilities
• Develops and implements a successful sales plan for the assigned
region
• Promotes new business through active prospecting strategies which
include cold calling, networking and effective use of marketing tools
• Creates executive level presentations to prospects and clients,
closes sales, and oversees ongoing service to clients
• Completes sales forecasts and reporting
• Actively builds a strong network of connections within the
healthcare industry
• Professionally represents the company to all customers, prospects,
and business partners
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance sales, preferably with
experience in the healthcare sector
• Demonstrated experience to vigorously prospect and close business
• Results-oriented, with proven track record of success in insurance
production
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Executive-level presentation skills
