Job Description.
Job Tittle : Java Front End Developer
Location : Remote
Contract : C2C
Duration : 12 months
SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining an application primarily written on Java platforms and will be performing the technical analysis, design, development or evaluation of products, unit testing and implementation of computer software as assigned. This position will assist with web application's user interface.
3 plus years’ experience with Angular 2+
Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and related web technologies
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery or Dojo a plus
Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues, client side performance
Experience with data driven applications, SQL and JSON
Experience with UI/UX design for complex workflows.
Experience with REST, Responsive Web Design & Single Page Applications preferred.
Java experience with knowledge of Databases and Data Structures.
Experience with source control software such as GIT
Thinking about User Experience is a must
Understanding of Development (Agile), Testing, Change and Release management practices at scale
We are looking for a talented, passionate Front End Software Developer with 4-5 Years’ experience to develop and implement next generation, state of art applications platform. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building highly available and scalable data rich applications, turning business requirements into user-centered designs, as well as implementing those designs in the presentation layer by using smart, clean web development patterns. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing and testing systems. We are looking for a candidate who would partner with analysts, software architects and engineers across the organization to produce complete data solutions. Help define the system architecture, own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall experience. Maintain legacy frontend applications (Dojo). Ability to quickly learn new technologies. Willingness to work across teams and share knowledge and ideas. Capability to stand up and formulate clear technical arguments supporting one’s opinion. Teamwork spirit and excitement to work on complex cutting-edge systems. Can-do attitude with a strong drive to take the initiative and complete tasks. Willingness to take ownership of the deliverable.
