JOB DESCRIPTION :
• 4+ years' experience as a scrum master
• 4+ years of relevant Information Technology experience
• Demonstrated experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and SAFe Framework
• Demonstrated track record of leading multiple, independent cross-functional projects simultaneously or as one cohesive program
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience using Rally/Confluence
• Experience working in the financial services or fraud industries
• Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent)
