This position plays a critical role in our development team. This role will require the developer to learn and support our existing applications. This developer will work closely with our application support team to troubleshoot, analyze, debug and provide fixes and updates to our existing applications and integrations. We are looking for a web application developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, enjoy working with others who share that passion, and interested in using / learning cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities Include:


Work closely with different teams to debug and solve production issues
Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications in existing systems
Build tools to automate, provision, deploy, monitor and manage production systems
Manage deployment & configuration
Work closely with your team to understand applications and business to write high quality code and program applications within deadlines
Be able to quickly troubleshoot and respond in a timely manner for production issues
Perform unit and integration testing before releasing code
Work with application support team to assist with troubleshooting and fixing issues
Work with business and users to ask questions to fully assess production issues to determine the best approach for fixing
Design, develop and maintain back-end integrations and APIs required to work with the applications
Use Jira to get requirements and acceptance criteria for assigned user stories
Assist with application security compliance and secure coding practices




Skills Requirements:

Minimum three years of experience as a full-stack
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, C#, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, MVC
Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL design programming
Experience in developing responsive-design front-end using any of the following ASP.NET, Angular 4+, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap
Strong understanding of object-oriented design
Excellent analytical and programming abilities in using technology to create flexible and maintainable solutions for complex development problems
Excellent team player with quick problem-solving skills, troubleshooting capabilities and strong communication skills.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing efficiently
Working in a fast-paced, evolving, growing and dynamic environment





Desired but not required skills:


Experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps/VSTS
Experience with security tokens/certificates, SSL/TLS, IIS security configuration
DDL and SQL performance tuning
Understanding of service-oriented architecture
Experience on Scrum or Kanban team
Experience with Git
