Job Title: IT ENGINEERING MANAGER
Job Location: HOUSTON, TX

This position will manage a team responsible for designing the network and
telecommunications infrastructure of botht he local and remote sites of
company.
Development and implementation of the overall IT infrastructure design.
Train personnel and turn-over documentation of infrastructure projects to
the IT Operations and Customer Service organizations. Introduction of
emerging technologies to the IT organization's business group liaisons.
Establishment of policies and procedures for the IT infrastructure.
Provide a Level 3 support role for operatios related problems within the
companies infrastructure.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Experience with several components of companies infrastructure including
TCP/IX, IPX, NetWare, NT, ATM, remote access and remote node processing,
firewalls and middleware. Familiarity with areas such as network
operating systems, network and systems management, wide are network
design, business recovery planning and telecommunications.

Experience:
7+ years experience in the IT industry. 3+ years leadership position
within an IT organization.
