Looking for an ISP referral (not the big 6).

Looking for a referral for a good internet company (ISP).
Obviously we are aware of the big six (including Comcast, AT&T,
Verizon, etc.), however with the upcoming changes in how they readily
hand over their subscribers' contact information, PLUS, with their new
3-strikes program of usurping the DMCA and "fighting" piracy, I'm no
longer so interested in being their customer.
On a personal note, I've seen too many people receive subpoena letters
where they have absolutely NOTHING to do with the downloads they are
accused of downloading, and personally, I'd rather not deal with ISP
companies who do not fight on behalf of their subscribers and who
allow this extortion scheme to continue.
Thus, I'm looking for a non-mainstream ISP who can provide good
quality (and good speed) internet service.
