We have been searching for a Virtual Domain Provider. We found a place
that offers 50 megs, unlimited transfer, 200 email aliases and unlimited
autoresponders (whatever that is) for $25 per month.

They also have cgi things for counters, web search, site statistics,
infobots and alot of other stuff I don't understand.

Is this a good deal? They are at http://www.vdomains.com

Your help is appreciated

No, not particularly.

Saturn Services (http://www.flysaturn.com) offers unlimited disk
space, unlimited transfer, unlimited e-mail aliases, unlimited
autoresponders, and unlimited mailing lists for $19.95 per month.

They also have CGI things for counters, web search, and a lot of
other stuff that you don't understand.

Plus, _their_ people understand what autoresponders and the
various CGI scripts are, and they don't (as far as I know) engage
in deceptive advertising practices like posting advertisements
veiled as stupid questions from the guy who owns their domain.

On the other hand, I can't vouch for their service. I'm not a
customer of theirs -- just a guy who's done a lot of shopping
around for web hosting prices.
