A "traffic attorney"? What exactly does a "traffic attorney" do?

Did you intend to mean that you've been involved in a traffic accident
and need an attorney? If so, look in the phonebook, there are
literally thousands. Consult with a few and make your decision who you
want to represent you.

David Sprecher
look him up in the business pages or go to his offices near montrose and
westheimer. he and his practice have been around for a LONG time and he
knows nearly all the judges and works hard.

David Sprecher has pissed off so many judges and police officers, I would be
very wary of what he can or cannot do. He and another attorney(Larry
Rousseau) threatened to set jury trials for all of their clients, thus
clogging up the municipal courts. That was not smart, but nobody ever
accused Sprecher of being smart.
I recommend Atty James Gerson for tickets. I've had dealings with all 3 and
would not recommend Sprecher.

well, his strategy almost always works. he's trying to get the prosecutor to
drop the charges or agree to defensive driving or deferred adjudication.
it's part of his strategy. i didn't say he wasn't shrewd. anyway, if you are
very occasionally getting speeding tickets or other small stuff, you don't
really need an attorney usually. just tell them you want to take defensive
driving. they almost always allow you to.
