Some while back some one posted a (local)site,on how to take a simple
traffic ticket thru the system,and have a good chance of
dismisil,or reduced fine.This is only a seat belt volation,but I feel it was
unfair and want to take it thru the system. Its seculed at 1400 lubuck court
#1 in 'bout a week.I want to know,if I should Request a Jury,and if so where
I go from there.I don,t think its worth hireing an attorny,although I got
several letters(advertisement) from them says they could get it dismissed
for $75.my first Ticket in 15 years..I aprechate any leads.Thanks,Rick

There are a number of attorneys who defend traffic tickets. Ask those you
work with or even comb the Yellow Pages.
