HEB / False advertsing

saying EXTRA LOW! What a lie! they are the highest, if not higher than
Kroger, Randall's and Albertson's I shop alot of other stores in the same
area, and shop at a reanonal price on all merchandise. So HEB stop lying
and take your stupid signs down.

year 2000 hits! No - riot's have been done and only minorities can riot in
the land of the free anyway! Maybe we can ignore the sign and buy whatever
we need and go home!

p.s. - sorry 'bout politicizing your message which, I might add, is accurate
but only in Houston where there's competition for your dollar. In other
areas of Texas, HEB is cheaper!

Oh Anon, it sure looks as though you work for Kroger.
HEB is a spithole and I wouldn't go in there if they were giving
everything away.
I have shopped there, but after a minor incident that management
would not correct, I found better stores to shop in.
One fine day, I dropped in to a local HEB. While looking over the
friut, I saw a good number of "Hispanics" eating the friut like somone
just announced that it was now free.
I walked over the a stocker and axed him what he thought abuot the
situation. His reply was "Ya, I know. It's really bad, but the
manager says that we are not to do anything about it."
The manager was near the front door and as I walked by, I asked her
what she thought about the "Hispanics" eating her profits. Her reply
was "It is company policy that we do not stop them, or call the police."
I then wrote the company, but as you would expect, I never received a
reply.
I will never shop there again.
