$1000 Reward Offered - buyer needed

Hello:

I am willing to pay a $1000 finders fee to any non-real estate
person who sends me someone who buys my house in Pearland-Silverlake
Highway 288 area. At closing the buyer would present in writing the
name
and address of the person that first told them about the house and I
would send
that person a check for $1000.

subdivision and is
in great condition with many upgrades etc, including solar screens,
