I meant to reply to group, so here it is...

EFH was/is Electronic Frontiers - Houston.
It was a newsgroup started for a few of us here in Houston years ago, we
worked to keep the government from passing laws that interfered with your
rights to privacy, free speech, etc. We were the local group for the
National group.
