I haven't eaten there myself, but I noticed a large banner strung across
the restaurant last weekend announcing that it had been named one of
Esquire's Top New Restaurants for last year.
Anyone eaten there? Was Esquire's recognition warranted? Inquiring
minds want to know.

Scott Chen's is an upscale Chinese-Fusion restaurant. We went with a party of 4,
and the best entree that we ordered was the shrimp (1st on the menu). It was
translucent and vevety.
The atmosphere is very nice, try to get into the wine cellar, but wear something
warm (pashmina shawl would not be out of place). The wine list is huge, and
there are some reasonably priced ones in there.
All in all a welcome addition to dining on the West side of town.
