Executive Committee Meeting

Just a reminder, our Executive Committee Meeting is Wednesday night from 7-9 at the Tracy Gee Community Center. Our Topics will include coordination of new Committee Chairs and VPs for the coming year as well as getting ready for the upcoming (NEXT WEEK!) Portfolio Review.

I've sent this out to all the members because any dues paying member is welcome to attend and participate in the quarterly Executive Committee meetings. In fact, with the number of new members we have, and the importance of managing our "Club" in a way the really reflects what we want it to be, I encourage any and all interested members of Houston Photographic Society to join us. Your input and questions help us better create an environment that we all find interesting and exciting. And your participation helps create a sense of ownership so that you can really see what our Society is all about.

So, any of you Chairs and VPs or new volunteers to these positions please make sure this is on your calendar for Wednesday. Anyone who volunteered to help with the upcoming Portfolio Review, please join us so we're ready to do a good job at this important event. And ANYONE who wants to be a participant in making HPS the great venue that it has been for a lot of years, please join us.
