Hi --

For those not at our last Nonfiction group meeting, this message is to let you know that I announced I was stepping down as organizer of the group.  I announced that officially, there would be no further meetings of the nonfiction group at Central Market with me as organizer.  I've enjoyed it but for personal reasons, I have felt the need to discontinue this group.  My stepping down has been announced to our Meetup group but thought others not in Meetup or at our last meeting should be notified. (at least those whom I know about.)

LUNCH DISCUSSION PLAN --
For those not aware, some of the attendees voiced a desire to discuss the book that had been next on our list titled WILD SWANS by Jung Chang.  It was left up in the air but subsequently, Kathy and I decided to meet for lunch to discuss the book and I invited other attendees at the last meeting.  Though this is very late notice, I thought it might be a good idea to let others know with this message of the lunch discussion scheduled for Oct 15th at noon at a restaurant in Montrose.  There is an RSVP requirement so please notify Kathy kwe...@comcast.net  on or before Oct 8th if you are interested in attending the lunch discussion on Oct 15th and she will let you know the location.

Apologies to those who have been in the group who have not yet been notified about my stepping down.

No further discussions whether at Central Market or at lunch somewhere are planned.  To everyone, I hope our paths will cross again in future Great Books discussions.
