Hi everyone,

In case you saw this thread, here is the detailed info about the event. In case you haven't, there will be an annual social event for young cryonicists in Florida, with a good chance to get all expenses covered (they promise to pay for 40 people with priority for new applicants who didn't attend the first two events). You need to be signed up for cryopreservation to apply, which makes attending the event even more useful ;-)

We (myself and Marina) attended the last year's event and it was really fun to meet so many wonderful people from all over the world. A considerable number of attendees were from LW, but there were a lot of just regular normal people, too :)

There is not much time left but I really encourage everyone to go.

I probably will not be signed up for cryonics by then. Yes, shameful, I know. But I will take a look at the details of the conference once I am not swamped by post-vacation work. A meetup discussing the state of cryonics would be good sometime in the future, possibly in February.
