R-STEM CS Secondary Certification Hub
Free, paid, year-long certification program for K–12 educators in the Greater Houston area. Offered by Rice University in partnership with WeTeach_CS.
Program Overview
This 1-year program supports educators in earning certification in Grades 8–12 Computer Science or EC–12 Technology Applications. Participants receive training, resources, coaching, and a strong support network designed to help bring high-quality computer science education to all students.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Certified K–12 educator in Greater Houston
- U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident
- Commitment to full-year participation
- Interest in CS or Technology Applications certification
