We’re currently seeking a community college partner to help High Tech High Heels SETX launch a pilot mentorship program this summer/fall specifically designed for women community college students in STEM

About the HTHH Mentorship Program

Our goal is to empower women—especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds—with the tools, insights, and connections they need to succeed in STEM careers.

What makes this program unique?
  • Structured Support: Monthly 1-on-1 virtual mentor sessions with STEM professionals

  • Community Events: Three interactive events featuring inspiring guest speakers

  • Career Prep: Guided micro lessons to help prepare women for the STEM workforce

  • Inclusive Design: Intentional focus on underrepresented groups in STEM

  • Online Networking: Access to our Mighty Network platform for peer support and resources

We plan to pilot the program with 20 mentees over one semester, and we’re looking for a college partner that shares our commitment to student success, equity, and innovation in STEM.

If you are interested in being our partner or know someone who might be, please contact me. Thank you for your support!
