Dear STEM outreach group members,

We are hosting programs for high school chemistry, physics, and biology teachers along with 8th grade math and science teachers.

8th Grade Math and Science Teachers:

The ConocoPhillips Applied Math Program (AMP!)  program is offered at no cost to your teachers or your school.

Participants will receive a $2,500 stipend for program completion, classroom materials to teach the program curriculum, curriculum that builds a crosswalk between mathematics, science, literacy, and technology, and sustained research-driven support. AMP! is designed for grade 8 mathematics and science teachers to attend as a team representing their school. Financial support for substitute teacher costs for the two days out of the classroom (one per semester) is included.
