Registration is now open for three exciting summer programs for K–9th–grade students!
From igniting young minds with creative STEAM challenges in STEAMotion, to combining STEM learning and physical activity in STEM-Letics Academy, and exploring innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies in the Rice STEAM Academies, students will engage in immersive, project-based learning that builds curiosity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills. STEAMotion

Program Overview:
STEAMotion is a one-week summer academy combining hands-on STEAM projects in the classroom and outdoors. Students explore physics, math, computer science, and engineering through interactive activities, teamwork, and problem-solving challenges.

STEM-Letics Academy
Grades: Current 3rd–5th

Dates – Summer 2026:
Week A: June 8–12
Week B: June 22–26
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, M-F
Location: Rice University
Registration Fee: $599/week
Extended Care: $225/week (must be registered for STEM-Letics to attend)
Program Overview:
STEM-Letics combines STEM learning and athletics in a week-long day camp. Students engage in hands-on STEM challenges and sports activities, keeping minds and bodies active while building teamwork and problem-solving skills. This program is sponsored in part by Rice Athletics.
