Sharing a corporate aviation career shadowing experience for your former aviation/private pilot license (PPL) students and current Certified Flight Instructors:

The Walmart Corporate Aviation Experience is a weeklong intensive job shadow opportunity at Walmart Aviation’s home base in Rogers, Arkansas.

Participants learn about the Walmart Aviation mission by participating in all aspects of flight operations. 

A mentor captain works with each participant to guide them through trip planning, preflight preparation, and flight deck procedures.

Participants have an opportunity to observe a flight crew in action while riding on an aircraft for a typical Walmart business trip. The week includes hands-on crew experience in a Level D jetflight simulator.

Qualifications:
• Enrolled or recently graduated from a collegiate aviation program or Flight academy
• FAA commercial pilot certificate with airplane multi-engine land rating
• Strong interest in Business Aviation
• Excellent people skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Actively flying or flight instructing
• Ability to pass a background check
• A valid passport
• CFI (Certified Flight Instructor)certificates are a plus

The Walmart Corporate Aviation Experience includes all transportation, lodging, and meals - free of charge for the selected participants (to include transportation to/from Northwest Arkansas, if needed.)

Program Dates: June 21 - 28, 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas
