Looking for UAV Fliers in the Houston area

Welcome everyone! I'm interested in meeting other UAV Fliers in the
Houston area. Right now I'm in Katy but will be moving to the Midtown
area this week.
Wondering where and what everyone else is flying. I've got an
Arducopter that I fly at a park near my current place.

Hi! I don't have much at the moment. But I'm trying to stay in the
loop. Lol.
I recently graduated from McNeese in Lake Charles, LA and I did a
project over there with a BlimpDuino. That's how I came to be a member
of this site (DIYDrones), and that's what sparked my interest in
quadrotors.
Now I moved to Houston to start a job (first day was Monday) and
hopefully I can start saving up some cash to start ordering parts for
my first attempt (and pay off student loans of course).
But in the meantime I definitely want to be informed if people are
meeting up to fly around here!

Hi Darren and welcome to Houston! I just moved from the outskirts of
Houston (Katy) into the Midtown area. I'm currently going to UH and
plan to fly my Arducopter there on campus when I get some free time.
I'll post up here if/when I make some solid plans.
