New York City Housing developer Donald Capoccia's recent projects
include waterfront high rise, mixed use, and inclusionary affordable
housing in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He advocated for New York State's
Sexual Orientation Non-Discrimination Act, was on George W Bush's HUD
advisory transition team, and is a former member of the U.S.
Commission of Fine Arts.
