New York City Housing developer Donald Capoccia's recent projects include waterfront high rise, mixed use, and inclusionary affordable housing in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He advocated for New York State's Sexual Orientation Non-Discrimination Act and was a member of George W Bush's HUD advisory transition team.
