I am going to teach a new course on the history of low-income housing policy in the United States at the Harvard Extension School this spring—syllabus is attached.  I am seeking interested students and Elizabeth England here at the Joint Center thought you might notify the members of GSD Housing (and other potentially interested parties) and send them the syllabus.  I much appreciate your help spreading the word.
