2.       St Olga's/ Orca; Olga’s respite care - Alice

a.       501C3- still trying to find a lawyer

b.       Working with Benton Co representative (Chris) to track and find out what help houseless people discharged from hospital need- Aug

3.       Sustainable housing- Wendy

a.       Work group update (Annette)- Join with seeds for sole; getting a meeting setup

b.       Retrofit clinics with Nancy

a.       6-9 clinics per month

b.       Completed 18 sessions

c.       Wants to do larger workshops

                                                         i.            40% over view is same for everyone so individual meetings can be more specific

                                                       ii.            Oct 26 academy for life-long learning; workshop

                                                     iii.            Signup by contacting Nancy- on website housing action google group

d.       Record one of the workshops on zoom- ask Nancy

4.       Shared housing- Dawn

a.       Women lodgers are still going well

a.       Need new sewer line

b.       Still working with CHFirst- not wanting to take on more

c.       Unitarian Housing- Car camping needs code of conduct- Safe camp developed one, and Unity shelter

5.       Solar on budget Inn; Lynn- adding micro shelters- needs a name

a.       Corvallis Housing first office location

b.       Transitional housing

c.       Shelter- Unity shelter manages for 6-9mo than CHF takes over

a.       Micro shelters

d.       Insulation was updated, but not sure if spray foam barrier on floor of attic

6.       Homeless Camping-

a.       when sites are cleaned up and people asked to leave they are not given an official place they can go

b.       HOPE working to develop policies about how to deal with issues and locations
