Where is 97th Amendment where there is NO provision of appointing an Administrator ? This is a Complaint to newly transferred to the post of Deputy Registrar of K - West Ward Shri Mahendra Mhaske who has just taken over K West Ward from Shri Rajendra Veer on transfer. The complaint is about the Administrator Shri C.L.Barge who seems to be above the law.
Can this happen without the "blessings" of higher authorities ?
