TIME BOUND REDRESSAL SYSTEM - MAHARASHTRA CHS RTI FORUM

We, MAHARASHTRA CHS RTI FORUM, register our DEMAND for TIME BOUND REDRESSAL of genuine grievences of the citizens living in Co-operative Housing Societies all over Maharashtra.

We request that the department should not use words like "directives", "guidelines" etc. while issuing circulards like the following. This gives room to ARs / DRs to interpret a circular the way they deem fit. They must be announced only in forms of MCS Acts, MCS Bye Laws, MCS Rules etc.
They MUST be made mandatory to be followed by all the concerned.

We DEMAND and INSIST at least the four attached following directions by the government iteself be STRICTLY followed and implemented by all the officers at co-operative departments at all the levels fro TIME BOUND REDRESSAL:

1) 12 Steps Redressal System - 11.12.2009
2) Circular dated 15.03.2010 issued by the Commissioner & Registrar of Co-operative s
3) Maharashtra Co-operative Housing Societies' Mannual - 79 (A) - 15.10.2011
4) Nagarikan chi Sanad - Citizens' Charter - 06.05.2011
