Dear Friends,

Mr. Vijay Nagare has been removed from all the aforesaid three panels maintained by the Divisional Joint Registrar, vide his order dated 23.12.2014. A copy of the said order is attached herewith.

This serves a lesson to all those who say, "India me kuchh nahi hota". So one should beware of the law. It has got long hands and no wrongdoer can escape the law of the land if the complainant pursues his complaints and remains steadfastly patient.

As you all know, Mr. Vipul Patel is already disqualified for a period of three years from occupying office of the Society. Next is the turn of the rest of the ex-committee members to get disqualified once the due legal procedures get completed in the new year. It took one year of painstaking effort to get Mr. Vijay Nagare depanelled (or blacklisted). Now no administrator will ever think of taking the members of the Society for granted.

But the present Administrative Board members are very dull and are not taking any lesson. In fact, they are committing more or less the same offences that Mr. Vijay Nagare had committed. Thus, even the present Administrative Board members, cannot escape from the hands of law. They will soon be held accountable for all their high-handed and illegal acts.
