The Administrator Shri C.L.Barge (P/L No.AGD - 1359) is not A Retired Govt. Official as required under the GR No.1401 / 18873 / P.K.30 / 14 - S Dated 09.10.2001. He has been appointed as Administrator at Andheri Panchvati Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., C.D.Barfiwala Marg (Juhu Lane), Andheri West, Mumbai - 400 058 vide original order dated 31.05.2012 and as revised order on 18.08.2012 by the Deputy Registrar, Shri Rajendra Veer of K - West Ward, Mhada Bldg. Kala Nagar, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051.
Even after the lawful election results were announced on 02.12.2012 by the Election Officer appointed by the Deputy Registrar, Mr.Barge has not handed over the records of the society to the newly elected Managing Committee till date in spite of several reminders. Mr. Barge is reported to be very arrogant and it seems he considers himself to be above the LAW. He is never found in the society's office but is found at the dismissed and disqualified ex secretary's house whenever, that too, seldomely he visits the society.

If this is the state of affiairs at co-operative department at Administrators' level, what justice can we expect from the Co-opertive Department after a fight for more than about two years at Deputy Registrar's level? What remedy do we have against such officers?
