We go to the co-operative authorities (Assistant Registrars / Deputy Registrars) to save us from Dadagiri and corrupt practices of managing committees / administrators in our societies.
What we get in return is evident from the order of the DR in this particular order. Even the administrator concerned is in dock about the remuneration and spending society's money in lakhs without proper approvals.
However, there is justice in the system. The attached order by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai, Shri Vikas Rasal is self explanatory to expose corrupt practices in housing societies by Administrators. Incidentally the Administrator was appointed in January, 2013 only for three months.
Who will be responsible for the mismanagement and misappropriation of society's funds?
Please do study the same and give your comments which we intend to send to the co-operative authorities including the Honorable Co-operative Minister and the media.
