Whenever Administrator is appointed, please collect certified balance statements from all the banks with whom the society is operating various accounts like Savings Account, list of FDs, Sinking Fund, cash in hand etc. on the day of his taking charge. While handing over the charge to him, mention in the covering note to him that he will have to repeat the same procedure on the day he leaves the society and will also have to submit expense statements for the period he wil be in the society and the same will be displayed on the society's notice board. Administrator is a public a servant hence governed by all the rules applicable to a public servant. Take a copy of hios appointment letter and the remuneration sanctioned from the society's funds by the appointing DR/AR. Also insist for copies of monthly report he/she is required to submit to the DR /AR.
