CDS meeting on Saturday

Dear all,

This Saturday (17 March), from 2-4pm, David Rodgers of CDS (the
Co-operative Development Society) is coming to talk to ASH about their
development programme and the possibility of a development partnership.
This follows the similar meeting in February with Birmingham
Co-operative Housing Services (BCHS). CDS have done a lot of work in
particular on Community Land Trusts, and on a model of mixed-tenure
housing called Mutual Home Ownership.

Topics will include:

* Introduction to CDS
* Developing in partnership
* Mixed tenure and the Community Land Trust model
* Options open to ASH
