Trickle down economics is 1% of the USA's wealthy living off 90% of the wealth they made from working 99% of the USA population for less than a living wage of $15.00 per hour. Then the USA Government that the 1%  Wealthy Americans bought and control allows these 1%  wealthy Americans to ship that 90% of USA wealth out of the United States to foreign Countries to avoid USA taxes and benefit from tax credits, tax loop holes; that Republicans have designed for the USA wealthy 1% that are on corporate welfare to avoid American Business taxes by having all their money in foreign off shore accounts and foreign banks.

The second half of trickle down economics is to have 99% of the working class living off just 10% of the USA wealth and working like dogs to survive. The Republicans then blame the $20.1 trillion debt the USA government created by 1. Not legalizing marijuana, 2. Legally allowing 90% of the USA wealth owned by wealthy 1% to legally leave the USA and be put in foreign, government, banks offshore accounts to legally avoid American taxes and make foreign nations more stable than the United States. Trickle down economics has created a total world wide debt of $53 trillion. The USA is the biggest/supporter/pundit of trickle down economics; so it is no surprise the USA owns 37.9% of the world debt rounding out the USA debt at $20.1 trillion.
