All,

I talked to Guy last night and I will be having him put Valentina's security deposit in my account, as there was an issue with an account being set-up for a non US citizen. Derek please email Guy (guyfo...@gmail.com) and say that you are okay with that money that was in your account being moved to mine.

Guy also informed me that starting in September he will be raising the rent to $725/person, which isn't a bad rent increase considering the time that we have been there. Please let me know if this is going to be an issue for you. The new lease should be ready in a couple weeks for us to sign.

Regarding the price increase, that's not a problem at all!

I arrived in Italy yesterday, so my phone is not working now :/ but you can always reach me by emails!

Also, I finally booked my flight back to the states and I will arrive in Boston Thursday, May 22nd!
