Porch brisket

Hey everyone,

Hope your weekends were great.  Sorry for leaving the brisket on the porch while I'm gone this week.  I meant to put it into a smaller container and into the freezer before I left.  No big deal because it looks like it doesnt get above 32 degrees until I'm back on Thursday.

PS its also 30 degrees in texas..
