Why Telegram and not WhatsApp?

- Open source client (available on F-Droid)
- Bot API means we can create a bot to open/close door/post pics, like Tom did for the BinarySpace group
- Secret chats (end-to-end encrypted, with ability to delete messages/images from remote device)
- Web interface that doesn't rely on the phone app running
- More secure than WhatsApp, not owned by Facebook
