Hey all! We had to make some changes on who was able to get vetted last week due to some last minute additions to the surgery schedule. At least everyone in the kennel at the time was able to get vaccinated. We have another cruelty case dog coming in and are still holding onto the other. Some of these guys are becoming long termers and it’s showing in their behavior. If you have any room, I can be reached via email, phone, or text. Work cell 863-228-6265. Personal cell 812-241-9572. We have no public adoptions and only utilize rescues. We also have no vetting, but can usually help with transport. I do have a limited number of heartworm tests, flea/tick, heartworm prevention, dewormer, and FELV tests upon request. *Please note, all my face to face dog testing is done on leash due to not having an area to test off leash*
Parsley-*Neutered Male*-Brindle/W-Cur Mix-Appx 1 yr. Very sweet. Walks well on leash. Appears kennel trained. Quiet and calm in kennel. *Tested well with playful male dog, but was stiff/growled with a stiff male. Does like to hump. Loves playing with females!* *Fully vetted. HW+, but has finished 30 days of doxy*. 51 lbs *Has been here OVER 2 months* *On the euth list**$200 pledge*
Shishimi-M-Lilac/W-Pitbull Mix-Appx 10 mo-1 yr. Very sweet/puppyish. Walks OK on leash (pulls some). Knows “sit”. *Stiff with another stiff male, but did try to play with a playful male. Doesn’t really seem to know how to play. Tested well with a female, but got pretty excited* but did show some food aggression with his neighbor when food present. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. Per other officer was dumped in a crate by a white van in front of someone’s house. *Current on vaccines. Can HWT/microchip if interested* *Has been here over 2 months** * 55 lbs *On the euth list**$200 pledge*
Poblano-M-Brindle-Pitbull-Appx 1 yr. *Has come out of his shell, very sweet*. Walks well on leash. Does not appear kennel trained. *Tested well with male/female dogs, but has shown some barrier reactivity with certain males as they pass by, other’s he’s fine with*. *Current on vaccines. Can HWT and microchip if interested* *Large tear out of ear that causes it to often flop backwards* 51 lbs *Has been here over a month**On the euth list**$200 pledge*
Chilaca-*Spayed Female*-Black-Shepherd Mix-Appx 10 mo-1 yr old. Very sweet. Puppyish. *Has potential for service dog/agility work with some training*. Walks well on leash. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. *Fully vetted and HW-* 69 lbs
Gueddo (name he came with)-M-Tan/W-XL Bully-Appx 6 yrs old. A little shy, but sweet. Quiet and calm in the kennel, just lays on his bed. Walks well on leash. Does not appear kennel trained. Per previous owner is good with other dogs/kids and is not housetrained. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. Eye discharge (possible entropion) and a few wounds throughout body. *Current on vaccines. Can HWT and microchip if interested* 98 lbs
Banana Pepper-M-Lilac/W-Pitbull-Appx 8-9 yrs. Very sweet. Walks well on leash. Does not appear kennel trained. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. **Partially blind and possibly deaf**. *Current on vaccines. Can HWT and microchip if interested* 57.5 lbs

Houdini-Unk Sex-Black-DSH-Appx 4-6 mo. Feral. Has escaped the crate twice and is currently on the lam in the main office area. Traps are set. *Willing to TNR, but will need an appt*
Penn and Teller-Unk Sex-Tabby DSH-Appx 4-6mo. Fearful. Will allow touch, but hisses. *Willing to TNR, but will need an appt*

Espelette-*Possibly Spayed*-Tan-Black Mouth Cur-Appx 3-4 yrs. Very sweet. Walks OK on leash (kinda runs all over). Does not appear kennel trained. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. 40 lbs *Still on stray hold until tomorrow 8/12*
