Finder stated that he spoke with one of his neighbors, and they said they saw 4 puppies wandering around the neighborhood originally and then one of them disappeared. Then, finder accidentally hit one of the 3, and it did not make it. He buried it on his property. He told me he is a dog person and would have loved to keep the other two that were left, but him and his family of 4 bought a few acres of land and are building a house, but are currently living in a camper. He had them since 06/07 and he said he just kept them in the crate they arrived in. Him and his wife were feeding them small bits of food. One of the puppies had thrown up when I walked out to take a look at them. They seemed very calm and laid back, and didn't move much whenever I was around them. Finder told me that the puppies were playing just fine with his kids the day before (6/7).
